Brought Fliers with him, there is a newsletter available for
Professionals, they also are looking for a AA speakers who
heard about AA from a professional.

Short discussion was held on tax exempt status.
—COMMITTEE REPORTS
-CPC(Open Position): No report
-Grapevine (Dave B): No report
-Corrections (Karen C)-(Open Position) Things are going well. There
was an attempt to get additional womens meetings that was denied. There
is availability for a 3rd mens meeting if they can get more volunteers.
-Public Information (Tony): No Report
-Accessibilities (Adam R): Phone number remained the same. Looking
into potential for donation cans. Set up table at March Round Up, they were also
able to provide 2 sign language interpreters for the main speakers. Working on
getting new fliers distributed.
-Treatment (Mack P): No Report
-Website (Mike C): No Report
-Newsletter (Tim P): March Edition is available
-Literature Person(Tim P): Contact Tim if any literature is needed in
your group and you are unable to make it to Ferndale to pick any up.
-Local Committee Member(Ray D.) Helping to spread the word about
district to groups, will be starting with groups that have phone
numbers listed in the directory.
